The 16th PSRC meeting was held on April 29 - May 1, 1991
at Friday Harbor, San Juan Island, Washington.

     

Dr. Bill Henderson organized this meeting to be held just before the 1991 Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID) meeting in Seattle, so that the members can visit the beautiful site of Washington State, in addition to renewing friendships and practicing for their SID presentations. 

Bill, a superb organizer, arranged buses to start from the Sheraton Seattle Hotel for those already in downtown Seattle. 

The buses stopped at the SeaTac International Airport where most of the attendees from Japan arrived in the morning. We were on highway I-5 for about 90 minutes and arrived at Anacortes, Seattle to board the Washington State Ferry.
 


 

The scenic ferry ride to Friday Harbor, San Juan Island was one of those special experiences surrounded by the crystal blue ocean and majestic snow-capped Olympic and Cascade mountains.
