Some Dermatologic Syndromes and How They Grew

The first Bill Reed lecture on Genetic Skin Diseases sponsored by “The Friends of Bill Reed” was given between 8:00 am and 9:00 am, March 24, 2004 for the Department of Dermatology, University of California, San Francisco.  The lecture entitled “Some Dermatologic Syndromes and How They Grew” most appropriately was presented by Robert J. Gorlin, DDS, MS, Regents, Professor Emeritus, Oral Pathology and Genetics, University of Minnesota who is not only a world famous geneticist but knew Bill Reed well enough throughout his medical career from medical school on.  The lecture hall was packed and the lecture was superb.  Thus, the Bill Reed lectureships have started off on an outstanding note.
