George D. Culver, M.D.
Dr. George D. Culver received his M.D. degree from the University of California in 1903 and was an assistant in dermatology at the University of California from 1903 to 1904. In addition, he was the attending dermatologist at St. Luke's Hospital. He was for many years the office associate of Dr. Douglas Montgomery; and Dr. Culver wrote 17 articles on dermatology. The Centennial of the American Dermatological Association written by Dr. Frederick J. Szymanski has a statement: "Dr. Culver's curriculum vitae is limited to a few lines, but this is due to his modesty and is not a measure of his worth to his profession or community."
