Statement
from Dr. Martin Black, President of BAD for the 25th Anniversary of
the Pacific Skin Research Club.
Congratulations to Dr. Bill Epstein on his conferment of the decoration, the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon. A ceremony was held at the residence of Consul General of Japan, Kiyohiko Nanao.
A Joint Dinner Meeting for members of the Pacific Skin Research Club and the Friends of Bill Reed Club was held on March 9, 2000.
Dr. Hisashi Takahashi completed his review on Local Immunity and published his life work in 2004.
